Product Description Our 10 foot HDMI to DVI-D single link cable will connect to a DVI-D or DVI-I digital flat panel and home theater devices such as DVD players, set-top boxes, projectors, switches and splitters with HDMI to DVI or vice versa. This premium high performance cable supports HDCP, high-bandwidth, uncompressed video, and has double shielding and 24k Gold connectors which prevents signal loss and screen ghosting for maximum video performance. This cable is compatible with all HDTV resolutions up to 1080p.

NOTE: HDMI-DVI cables are a VIDEO ONLY solution. The audio signal is not transmitted.
This cable will work from HDMI to DVI or DVI to HDMI. The direction of the signal does not matter.

The cable itselj is good , however once it was hooked up all the colors did change ,everything looked washed out ( at least to me )played with the settings on the video but , was unable to get them even close to want they had been . Ended up going back to what I had DVI to VGA , instead of DVI to HDMI
