Our Cat8 RJ45 Jacks are designed to work with Category 8 Solid cable. The contacts on the keystone jack are gold plated to reduce corrosion while the wire alignment insert provides for a tool less termination. Though we do recommend trimming excess wire. Currently Cat8 is intended for extremely high speed inter rack datacenter / communications closet type applications.
