This serial riser cable works with the more common "Intel spec" serial header. We are using them on Intel mini-itx boards and have had no isses with the 20 used so far. Excellent product and seller!

The only down fall of the port is the nut connectors are a littel short for most female connectors , so only one side will connect securely

Standard 9 pin connector mother board connector. Connector is not keyed. Arrow for pin 1 is near the cable instead of at the low end of the connector as you would expect.
