This particular 90 degree adapter orientation, when plugged into my HDTV prevented inserting my male HDMI cable. The adapter should either have an 180 degree version available OR a clear visual of the actual metal connection areas. As a leader in the connector supplier field I feel the (2) version route is preferable.

Need one that goes the other direction. I wanted to hide the cable coming from the side of the set, but this adapter pointed it to the front. An adapter with the connector oriented 180 degrees would be helpful.

Only problem is the male end of the adaptor is no good on my Vizio, because if you plug it into the TV, the female side is pointing out toward the front of the TV, meaning I cannot use it.
