The ProSeries pass through RJ45 features the patented Cap45. The Cap45 is an isolation cap that snaps onto the front of the pass through rj45 after termination, covering the exposed wire ends. Cap45 prevents electrical shorting in the RJ45 socket due to improperly trimmed wires or in device sockets that may not be 100% compliant.
