The first image for this product is highly misleading. The pins are not fully visible and if they were, it would be obvious that Pin 20 is not missing as it should be. Look up "Parallel ATA#Parallel ATA interface" on Wikipedia and you'll see this can't possibly work for the majority of PATA cables.
