This 1000 foot spool of FPLP (fire power limited plenum) is ideal for running lines in fire alarm/security installations where the wire will be in environmental air such as ducts and plenums. The cable jackets are fire resistant and low smoke producing. FPLP rated cables are also permitted for use in situations that call for Class 2 and 3 cables according to NEC ( National Electric Code).
