Poor customer service they don't ship you what you order they ship you whatever they want. I ordered two flat HDMI cables because the site said they were out of stock and when I received my order I had two round HDMI cables and was charged the higher price for the round cables.

The quality of these HDMI cables are very good. I purchased one for my BluRay Player, and one for my new 55" Sony Bravia HDTV. They seem durable and well made, and the picture on the TV and BluRay Player are crystal clear! Oh, and the price was excellent!

nice looking cables but there seems to be some hidden incompatibility with my equipment. first cable didn't ever work. second cable seemed to work at first with roku box -- but wireless net connection didn't. switched to another cable and roku box worked perfectly. The replacement cable you sent never worked after that. I ended up returning both these HDMI cables you sent me.

It was plugged in one time and then unplugged due to a change in the equipment and the end came off. This was plugged in for less than 24 hours and was very carefully unplugged. It was very dismaying.

I used this cable to substitute a cheaper one left by Directv installers. I have a Vizio 120hz 1080p LED TV. The picture quality was terrible. I used the same cable for another Vizio 120Hz 1080p LCD tv (not LED) in another room and it did not have a cable before which is why I purchased this. The image is acceptable level - nothing I can brag about. I was disappointed but not to the point of returning and trying to buy elsewhere. The price was good and decided to keep this for now. I have a spare cable since I ordered two. Have not tried to use that yet.
CableWholesale Response: Make sure you are tuned into an HD channel and that the program is also HD. Standard definition channels tend to look poor on new HDTVs. If you are already on an HD channel, with an HD program, please let us know, and we can send a replacement cable.
