The cable itselj is good , however once it was hooked up all the colors did change ,everything looked washed out ( at least to me )played with the settings on the video but , was unable to get them even close to want they had been . Ended up going back to what I had DVI to VGA , instead of DVI to HDMI

I use this cable to play movies from my computer on my HDTV. The picture quality is amazing!
