I was not happy to see that these connector do not have individual wire guides for each wire to fit into when assembling. Each guide accepts 2 wires making it much easier to cross lines. I also had a hard time getting the connectors to lock into the jacks because the tab would not engage. Ended up buying another brand locally and replacing these.

These come with a staggered design, but no load bar or feed through ability so it is impossible to wire these up. Spoke with a technician who had no useful feedback. Horrible product.
