Audio and video connections are not always easy or straight-forward. With our line of Audio/Video accessories, we aim to assist you with everything you'll need to get your equipment set up correctly, with products such as our IR receiver, our surge protector and our digital converters. To ensure that you're setting up your audio/video connections correctly, you need to make sure that you have the right digital converters and audio/video accessories. Our Digital to Analog Audio Converter (DAAC for short) creates a connection between a digital optical cable and an analog audio source, such as a stereo receiver. If you require a connection from an analog audio source to a digital audio source, you'll require the opposite type of converter, which is called the Analog to Digital Audio Converter (ADAC). If you store your stereo receiver away from your television set (in a closet for example), so that it does not distract from your TV viewing, keep in mind that infrared signals cannot get through the wall. That is where our IR receiver comes in to play. We also have infrared receivers in the form of a wall plate and a peephole design, to relay the signal into your receiver. Other electrical devices, in addition to your receiver, should have power plugged in to a surge protector, to ensure that you'll be safe from unexpected power surges. To create a clean install, we have HDTV wall mounts, or flat screen TV wall mounts, along with a system of cable raceways, to hide unsightly cables from view. Cable raceways hide cables that run down the wall, in case you don't want to cut holes in the drywall. If you have a surveillance system in your home, you can even run the video directly to your TV with our RCA video balun, BNC video balun and power distribution box.
