Using this to split output to 2 or more headphones is finicky, one or both headphones have a hard time getting & keeping a good stereo connection. I ordered a few, most of them have suffered from this to various degrees. I''ve had much better luck w/ Part #: 30S1-35360 "2 x 3.5mm Stereo Female / 3.5mm Stereo Male, 6 inch". But then, this one''s almost 1/4 the price.

It was a little difficult finding this part - it did not show up in my search for "3.5mm stereo Y adapter" but eventually...

Product is simple, so therefore difficult to review. That being said, i do feel the size of the 3.55 mm holes is slightly off. At first, u thin it simply is too large and therefore the headphones will not stay in. Then u discover if u REALLY push them in hard, they go down further and latch in and are nearly impossible to remove. Perhaps mine is a quality error, idk, but I simply wanted to escalate the concern.

I am using this as input device. It's a little flaky, but I am fairly certain that nobody makes a high quality version of this. You have to "flick" it once in awhile, but ultimately it does what I want (4 AVs, combined into two 3.5s, combined via this piece into 1 3.5 :) :)
